HexParts accepts returns for items within 30 days after the purchase date. All items that are returned are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items are paid for by the customer.

HexParts does not accept any returns after 30 days from purchase date.

We guarantee against DOA. All defective items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 15 days after the purchase date. All shipping charges on defective items are paid for by HexParts.

Internationally shipped items are outside this policy and HexParts does not accept returns on these items.
